1. Collection of Customer Information
The Service Provider collects, processes, and stores personal information of Clients solely for the purposes of:
- Account creation and service activation,
- Billing, invoicing, and payment processing,
- Technical support, service quality monitoring, and network improvements,
- Legal compliance, fraud prevention, and security monitoring,
- Marketing communications, where the Client has provided explicit consent.
By using the Service, the Client consents to the collection, processing, and storage of their personal data as outlined in this Agreement.
1.2. Data Storage & Security Measures
The Service Provider implements industry-standard security measures to protect Client data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse.
- Customer information is stored on secure servers with restricted access.
- Payment details are processed through trusted third-party payment providers and are not stored directly by the Service Provider.
- Network and account activity may be logged for security, legal compliance, and troubleshooting purposes.
Despite these security measures, the Client acknowledges that no system is entirely immune to cyber threats, and the Service Provider cannot be held liable for data breaches beyond its control.
1.3. Sharing of Customer Information
The Service Provider does not sell, rent, or distribute customer data to third parties, except in the following cases:
- Legal Compliance – When required by law enforcement agencies, government authorities, or regulatory obligations.
- Service Providers & Partners – When working with authorized third-party vendors (e.g., payment processors, technical support providers, infrastructure partners), who are contractually bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
- Fraud Prevention & Security – When necessary to detect, investigate, or prevent fraud, unauthorized access, or violations of this Agreement.
1.4. Customer Rights & Data Requests
Clients have the following rights regarding their personal data:
✅ Right to Access – Clients may request a copy of the personal data stored by the Service Provider.
✅ Right to Correction – Clients may request updates or corrections to inaccurate information.
✅ Right to Opt-Out – Clients may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
✅ Right to Data Deletion – Clients may request deletion of their personal data, subject to legal and contractual obligations (e.g., billing records must be retained for regulatory compliance).
All data-related requests must be submitted in writing to the Service Provider and will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
